1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ad123 platform and its services. By accessing ad123, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are entering into a binding agreement with these Terms.

Each individual is permitted only one account on ad123. If a member is found to have created multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited. 2.3 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal, or once transactions exceed a certain amount, ad123 may request KYC verification. In this case, you will need to submit one of the following documents:

6Betting Rules & Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• A confirmation number is issued once your bet has been successfully placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, ad123 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be considered Void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Live Betting – Special Rules

In Live Betting, odds change every second. If the odds shift between the time you submit your bet and the moment ad123's server processes it, the bet may be accepted at the updated odds. In such cases, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

6.3 Match Fixing & Irregular Betting

Ad123 does not support any bets involving match-fixing or artificial odds manipulation. If a bet appears suspicious or is believed to be linked to match-fixing, ad123 reserves the right to withhold the outcome and cancel the bet following an investigation.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum amount you can win from a single bet in one day may be capped. This limit varies depending on the event type and market. VIP members are eligible for higher limits.

• Account hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Any attempt to influence game outcomes or manipulate the software.
• Betting on match-fixing or pre-determined outcomes.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Ad123 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• As directed by the regulatory authority.
• Suspected fraudulent activity on the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.

Any valid balance (beyond reasonable doubt) will be returned to the member's registered payment method within 30 days of account closure.
